2014 Calendar


These 2014 Calendars require, at least, Microsoft Excel 2007 to make all the excel formulas running well. In this version, you can mark consecutive dates, for example, exhibition events, in your calendar by typing the start and end dates of your events. There 6 different color markers you can use, 3 markers for single dates category and 3 others for consecutive dates category.

There are 3 different models, where model 1 and 2 has 2 different layouts.

Model 1 : One page 12 month calendar

This is a calendar with common layout where all dates will be grouped in months from January to December in 12 tables. Dates that have been set as your important dates will have different colors based on their categories.

How to use :

  • Select Marking Dates worksheet
  • Categorize your events into two big categories, single date category and consecutive dates category.
  • Categorize your single date events into 3 subcategories and type their dates as well as their description on column B3-C32 (green table), D3-E32 (red) and F3-G32 (blue). Dates in Calendar worksheet will have the same color with the table. There are maximum 30 events/dates per subcategory.
  • Categorize your consecutive dates events into 3 subcategories and type their start and end dates as well as their description on column H4-J11 (yellow table),H14-J21 (brown), H24-J31 (grey). Dates from start until end dates will be marked with the same color with the table. There maximum 8 events per subcategory.
  • Select Calendar worksheet and check your dates
  • Print the calendar

Model 2 : One page 12 month calendar with side note

2014 Calendar with Side Note 834x1024 2014 Calendar

This is a calendar where you can see those 12 month table will be divided into 2 big groupsĀ  and aligned vertically. At each side of each month you will see a notes table where you can use to put your important dates which will be shown up with different colors.

How to use :

  • Select Calendar worksheet
  • Type “v” at cell Z3 to reveal color codes in column H and AF
  • Type your important dates at column B and Z next to your target month. Type only day number. Type its description at column C and AA.
  • Define color marking for those events by typing the color code in column H and AF. H for red, E for blue, and R for green color.
  • There are maximum 8 events/dates per month that can be marked.
  • Erase “v” letter at cell Z3 to hide their color codes
  • Print the calendar

Model 3 : Linear Calendar

This calendar has different layout compared with the first two models. Months are presented in line instead of table. This calendar is more suitable for you who needs a simple calendar for project planning.

How to use:

  • You can follow the guidance of the first model to use it.
